HORSE PHOTOGRAPHY

Horse photography includes images of reenactors depicting
Union and Confederate cavalry attacks during the American Civil War,
members of the U.S. Cavalry at Fort Huachuca in Arizona,
as well as modern-day horses grazing in the fields
or jumping or running with their riders.

For an unusual look at horses, I have a nice collection
of photos of both Union and Confederate cavalrymen and their mounts.
This includes cavalry attacks, cavalry formations, shoeing
horses, saddles and gear, etc. One charge, in particular,
includes model releases from all of the participants!

I have even photographed Troop B. of the 4th Cavalry Regiment,
a ceremonial unit of the United States Army (circa 1880)
at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The unit depicts a platoon of
calvalry that operated in the "Old West."
