HANDLING FEE:
A $50.00 fee to cover the costs of time spent purchasing film,
dropping off exposed film, picking up procesed film, and
delivering package to post office, express mail service, or with
the customer, may be made. Fee includes time spent in
preparation of individual slides, as well as the cost of computer
usage (tracking slides and preparing individual identification
sheets), printouts, protective plastic sheets, first-class postage,
stationary, copies, telephone calls and/or fax messages to client.
This fee can be applied to the cost of any images purchased.
WEDDINGS:
Wedding photography includes transfer of ALL photographs to
clients. We generally provide two photographers and attempt
to capture intimate moments in a "photojournalistic" method with minimal
intrusion, although posed shots are welcomed.
We prefer to meet with the bride and her fiancée or family
to determine the requirements of the bride and then try to tailor
a financial arrangement that best accommodates those wishes.
There is no fee for initial consultations.
ASSIGNMENTS:
Assignment photography, including transfer of copyright
and unrestricted use and rights to photographs can be negotiated.
Rates cited below are based on the photographer maintaining ALL RIGHTS
to the images taken.
ASSIGNMENT RATES:
On camera flash: $150.00 per hour (or fraction thereof).
Digital photography: $200 per hour (includes CD).
Digital photography with multiple flash units: $250.00 per hour (2 hr. min)
Quartz lighting: $250.00 per hour (or fraction thereof).
Studio strobes): $300.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
All rates include $50.00/roll of film and $50.00/hour
to cover time spent traveling to/from assignments.
First consultation is free. Thereafter, consultations are $100.00/hour
Photographer can arrange for lighting assistants or models
if requested. Contractual arrangements for those services
are the responsibility of the client. I can provide full
details by mail, if requested.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
I value each image at $1,500 United States Dollars apiece
in the event of loss or damage. Recipients must agree to this
as stipulated in my Delivery Memo (Terms of Sale).
Most of my dealings are amicable and run smoothly.
From time to time, however, I have been required to
take legal action to recover my images or collect payment.
Please note that I intend to pursue collection of fees and images
vigorously and that the cost of such activities,
including all reasonable legal fees, will be borne by the recipient.
